DIY Chlorhexidine

Anyone have a DIY recipe for chlorhexidine wipes? I bought a gallon of chlorhexidine from Chewy and a bag of baby wipes. Do i need to mix the chlorhexidine with water or anything or just dip the wipe in some of the solution and clean my bully?

I have a tupperware style container (I think it's ziploc) which I put a large stack of gauze in, then pour some over the top and squish it down. Once they are all soaked I close the container and put it with her things. When I run out of wipes I repeat.
