I'm not sure what you mean by "white film". Is it like dandruff? If your bulldog has a yeast problem, ACV is a band-aid not treatment. Check with your vet for treatment of the yeast infection and lower your dog's carb intake to the bare minimum.

He eats Canine Caviar, grain free, Lamb. I'm wondering if he has dandruff mites. He is bathed in shampoo that is anti fungal and antibacterial. My vet can't see him until March. I guess I will need to wait and see.
