Looks like an ingrown hair. You might try some warm compresses 3 x a day for 5 minutes. Take a wash cloth wet it, ring the water out, place on a plate, and put in the microwave for 35-45 seconds. Place the heated washcloth in a plastic zip lock bag and then inside a T-shirt and apply to the area for 5 minutes.

Then it very well could be an ingrown hair. You might try using some Neosporin on it. It does look better...not as inflamed as yesterday
