she is now 4 days into it loves it her breath is getting better but her skin is getting worse. I dont know if that is just the detox from the kibble but dont want to change her protien too soon. Did you see a gradual improvement in annie skin and did it get worse before it got better. I am definately going to stay with raw and figure it out for her sake cant stand her scratching and being uncomfortable and the smell and do not want to turn to steroids as an alternative. Hope you can help thanks

hi desertskybulldogs -- i am a new member on this site and I have to tell you I read your story through another link and have been desperately trying to find you again and who would have thought -- i feel most of us who own bulldogs go through this skin issue more than we know and your story inspired me to take the plunge. I found a new vet that deals with bulldogs on a regular basis and supports a raw diet. We got bernadette spade finally and after the initial medication to get the skin back to normal as it was so raw and sore she developed a staph infection from scratching and needed antibiotics. I could accept that while she recovered from her surgery and did discuss with the vet that if this erupts again after coming off the medication I would start her on the raw food. She supported that and did advise to start with one protein and no carb for 7 weeks and then see what happens.

Hi Lisa, just so you know, I donated to both Ohio and Indiana earlier today " from the supporters of EBN of a Scentsy fundraiser" $25. each Sure do wish I could of done more, I think its the time of year. Fall is coming and new things will be coming out soon. I'll give it a go again down the line. I have some auction things I need to send to Bruce soon too.

Congrats on the beautiful pups! I take it you are a breeder? If so, would I be able to apply for one of your puppies(either from this or another litter)? We currently have a pup, but are looking for a friend for him I'm in ABQ, NM and I haven't been able to find a breeder here that I would feel comfortable adopting from. Or, if you have recommendations that would be appreciated, too.
