What do you know about "demodecosis" ?

I have a new puppy that has something going on with her skin. Of course just searching on websites I have come up with hundreds of conditions that it could be. I have a vet appt tommorrow so I will find out for sure.
Do you have a dog with this condition?
How did you treat it?
Is it genetic or environmental?

I have no idea, sorry no help whatsoever. Hopefully somebody has an idea tho. Let us know what the vet says tomorrow.

Here is a very good article that I found that is rather straight forward in the wording. Again I am probably overreacting to reading too many articles about skin conditions. None of my other EBD's have this, but we did own Chinese Shar-Pei that had horrible skin condition so I highly alert to things like this.

Or it could just be allergies to grass, chicken, lab fur, etc.
