Hi
Last night I was at my mates house. His bully has had eye problems for about 14 months. The bitch is 2
Had cherry eye. Had it cut out and gets drops most days.
She has developed ulcers and had them cut out. And it pinned **** for a week
Last night her eye was a grey looking and it's like here we go again.
He plucks the eye lashes so were at a loss

Cherry Eye is the popping of the third eye lid.
It is possible the Vet didn't do a good surgery and instead of placing the eyelid back cut he third eyelid out where the lacrimal gland are/bad move!
It seems the dog is going blind.
Was the dog checked for Entropon (turning in of eye lashes that rub the cornea and can cause blindness.
Sounds like the dog needs to see an Ophomologist Vet.

P.S Brand new to this site how do I post a new question?

Thanks.

jimmyjj it's when the eye lashes turn inside and rub the eye causing ulceration. There is a surgical procedure to fix it.
