Is it safe to say that one of your pics is of a Plumeria?

Yes! I have 5 plumerias in pots this year!
They are actually so easy to grow! All we did was get some branches last fall and kept them in the garage all winter. Then when spring came along I put the in the pots with some soil! The one with the flowers, oddly, didn’t even sprout ANY leaves before the flowers bloomed!
And it is still blooming on the same branch with only a couple of leaves on another branch. (Pictures are the new flowers)
I also found one branch in hat I had missed in a shelf and put that in some potting soil and it is now getting leaves!
