I guess I'm going to have to get a dog snap to put on the crate door myself. I wouldn't mind so much put he pulls the maltese's bed out and pulls the stuffing out of it as well. The first time I saw him open the door it was shut, as we thought that was enough and I was watching him while talking with my son on the phone. I witness him with his paw on the latch pull and grab the top of the door with his mouth and sling it open. A few days later I latched it and he was able to open it with it latched. How I do not know exactly as I wasn't watching but heard the crate rattle and he was already inside. I guess he pulled the latch with his paw and the top with his as before
