Pimples/blackheads

Hello fellow EBD owners! New owner got my Carmen 2 weeks ago, been feeding her same food as well as using stainless steel plates. I do clean her wrinkles at least 2 times a day with Burt’s bees hypoallergenic pet wipes and dry her face. But she has developed pimple/blackhead looking pumps around her jowls. ( I’ll attach a pic.). I have been reading it’s normal for bulldogs to have some acne just wanted to show pictures and make sure I am not mistaken. Also if anyone has any tips for this I would appreciate it.

How old is she? it looks like the fur is gone from the spot as well? Is it just the two spots?

She is 15 weeks yes it is only those 2 spots that I have seen the black and red. It looks kinda dryish but it’s hard to take a picture because she won’t stay still

The black one looks like a hysto-thingy... I can never remember the full name but it is harmless and will go away on its own in about a month.

The pink spot, the fur is gone there, right?

No not really it just looks like a little bump but it still has little fur on and around it.

Ok, good... it will clear up, keep it clean, I use witch hazel on a cotton pad.
