Help me plan Punkin's bday!

So the football player is turning the big 5 on the 28th. Seeing this is going to be his first bday with us, we'd like to invite fam and friends over, get balloons, cake, the works!

What theme should it be? He likes sleeping, wiggling his tail, sitting on me whenever he wants a butt scratch and stuffies. lol.

All I know is that he's getting organic steak for dinner (which I've never had may I add. lol) and homemade peanut butter frozen yogurt for desert.
