UGH.... I feel your pain. I had to go through all this too and you'll most likely end up with an MRI and then on some type of med.
I used to get them so bad... vomit, sight loss, laid up in bed for two sometimes three days --- then at age 44, it all stopped and I get them on rare occasion now.
