Eye Health Issue

I noticed this weird thing in just one of my bulldogs eyes, she has has palette and hernia surgeries and she has recently been picky about food

Is she pawing that eye like scratching it or rubbing it on something? Looks stressed.

No, her eyes have always been like that the vet said it was not a problem I am referring to the little black circle in the corner of her eye I'm pretty sure it's never been there before

Her eyes have been red on and off for a long time the vet has repeatedly said it isn't a problem she only seems to be scratching the normal amount
