Thank you for the welcome. I have been in love with the bulldog breed for years I finally got one his name is Harley and he just turned 4. This last month has been very difficult for me because he has had 3 trips to the ER for extreme panting and pacing, and overheating He's gasping for air they had to intubate him, oxygen tank him another time I have been so scared and terrified that I'm going to lose my baby. He is actually going to have the upper airway surgery this Wednesday and I am hoping that solves all of these problems. That is what the vet is saying is the cause of all this. One of the biggest questions I have right now even before he has that surgery is what temperatures do I actually have to keep my house at for a bulldog? I understand to not walk them in the heat, but do I have to keep my house ice cold for them or will this breathing surgery help with all that as well?
