After my husband died,suddenly,I have steadily gotten worse. any time you want to "vent" please,I welcome it. You can send me a private message,too. You are welcome! No one could ever understand me.....except sometimes -my sister. Anxiety is so hard to deal with. I have trouble even when I need to go food shopping. I have to force myself!(when I get hungry enough!) I am a "sista' " I will always understand.
