Oh, i'm sorry about Roxie. Hopefully she can get some good pain control from the vet tomorrow.
It's sad how my body isn't as resilient anymore. I used to run, spin, had a trainer in my 30's . I did 5K's &half marathons but now my knees are pretty shot. So when I do work out, i have to be careful. No running, no jarring moves. I did do boot camp classes at the gym and those are tough so kudos to you Tracey, for keeping at it! Now, walking, lifting, squats, lunges, pushups are my main exercises. It's called the "prison workout"!
Have u done a mud run? I did one a year ago-lots of fun. Some of the obstacles can be daunting and there were some who got injured so u really have to be careful. But something different and that might be something u would like especially if u had a friend to do it with.
Plus, u get to roll around in the mud!
Anyways, i'm glad it's a short week! i'm looking forward to the 4th of July even tho i don't have plans yet.
