Hi everyone..I'm new to this forum and super excited to share and get advice about my two furbabies.I have a Freelance bulldog girl Wheezie Kay Wigglebottom and an Olde English Bulldogge boy Zakk Abbott Wylde after my husbands to favorite guitar players.lol.They are a year and 3 months old .We love them to pieces and there's never a dull moment especially with our boy.Abbott has had two eye surgeries for rolling lids and had a prolapsed rectum shortly after we got him because the breeder didn't properly worm him, but everything is in place now. We've had a lot of vet visits in their first year but I wouldn't trade any of it.
Have to wait a bit still but I know I did, I'll be one city closer to you, LOL! Are you really going to have someone over to take care of those boys during the day?
Hi Henry or is it Cali? Nice to meet you. I'm new to this site and still trying to figure things out. Is there a general forum space or does everyone post on each others pages?
Hi Cali, Thank you for the nice welcome. I have been scouring this site for help with my little girl. She was orginally on Royal Canine Puppy Food. She did great. No problems at all. I thought I was very lucky. But, since we tried to move her to the adult Royal Canine, she got a really red rash on her belly, and under arms. I found this site and have tried the Fromm's...starting with Beef Frittata, A fish one my husband picked and most recently Pork and Peas. Her poor little eyes have gotten red and puffy. I gave her a Benedryal last night after seeing it on this post. Help! I don't know where to turn to now. There were other recommendations, I just don't know what to try next.
Thanks so much for this site. Even though I have had bulldogs before, this site is full of great information.
It's so great to connect with fellow bully lovers! Dagwood has owned me for 9 years and we love Tucson and will be thrilled to read your postings and information. Thank you for your kindness.
Thank you so much for the warm welcome! Fat Louie and I are happy to have a support group at our fingertips. I hope to get a hang of the site soon. This week has been tough bc his allergies have been acting up due to the pollen. what are the odds ...hopefully I can figure out how to get back on track. I'm going to try soaking him in a bit and Benadryl.
