Thank you Carol for the kind words. it has been tough for sure but we will survive. Don't rally have any plans for tonight any longer so it will be just like the last couple of years and we will be at the house and probably asleep when the new year hits.

We are doing as well as can be expected. I am most likely taking her to the ER this morning as something doesn't seem right with her leg. Where she had the surgery is find but she has a lot of pain below that area in the shin which is something they never looked at the first time.

Up and down, much better when I break her fever, then just bad again once the medicine wears off. We may need to go back to the doctor tomorrow
