hey, wanted to tell u something re. the persimmons...i was reading that this type of persimmon needs to be fully ripe b4 eating and if eaten b4 ripeness, you will get that weird mouth, bitter taste/sensation. I feel so guilty and bad b/c i threw mine away thinking they were a bad batch Now i've learned tho...

oh okay, it wasn't just me then! i think it's the soil in my neighbor's yard 'cuz my SIL gave me some she grew and they tasted really good. That's too bad.

Anyways, Tate is doing fine now. He must've just pulled a muscle maybe but he slept a lot and now he's eating dinner and he's walking around like normal Thanks Phil!

you know, i just tried the persimmon…they taste odd to me…made my mouth really dry and my throat tightened up. I've had persimmon before and never had this reaction to them. This is the first time my neighbor gave me persimmons from his tree and I just wanted to let u know that they may be weird-tasting. Sorry about that

Yessir!The knot is tied well and tight! Just got back from Kauai....Petunia was in a huff after we got back...but she in now sleeping soundly on the bed snoring! Guess she got over it! LOL! Good thing is, my husband Ken really loves her and she adores him ( really? I thought I was the MOM????). LIfe is good!

Brie is growing up so fast too..she has started the zoomies every day and is just hilarious to watch. We still have bullshark mode which I'm not fond f but I'm hoping since she is 10 mos old that maybe she will lessen w that soon. She is 39 pounds of butt wiggling sweetness. We have a behaviorist coming over next Thursday to help w her issues w the other dogs. She is still possessive of things and the fights w Gimli (the big dog) are getting worse. Paws crossed we can learn to manage it. I'll keep you informed!
