Chum is doing great. Ive been watching my sons pug for the weekend and its been 48 hrs of non stop chasing and panting and trying to keep them apart. Im exhausted! but physically hes excellent! Thanks! Hows Brie? is the cone off?

I give him half a rice cracker and give the other half to my lab . The lightly salted should be fine.

I love Brie she is so adorable and put up with the cone too long. Yes I give a rice cake with a light smear of peanut butter (plain is yucky lol at least i think so) it really helps with the empty stomach puking. He did that 2 nights in a row until I started giving him a rice cracker right before bed.

Yes I give a tablespoon once a day you can add to her kibble or just give it to her as a special treat. I usually give it separately either I freeze and give as a frozen treat or I give it in a spoon for him to lick off. He loves it

I should of gotten the insurance w/Bella, but for some reason we didn't... really stupid!!! I have a boxer too & the only thing she gets is her yearly shots... well this year we found out she has osteoarthritis in her neck, so she may need injections later on. I think Winston has gotten steroid shots, but I didn't know they had a benadryl one. Lily is starting a new private school & they have a dress code!!! UGH the horror... Enjoy your son Kyan, I really MISS that age... no backtalk or drama. I enjoy spending time w/my grandson who is 2, and he thinks we are fabulous!!! LOL

I actually started doing the fruits & veggies w/my boxer... at first she seemed puzzled, but now she eats it all too!!! LOL I want to switch vets, but I don't have a lot of options where we live unless I drive to Nashville & that's 45 min away. I would have LOVED to get a year plan for Winston, and I really need to get the pet insurance. I haven't done it yet, and our vet bills are off the chain this year. I use Frontline on my dogs, and I can buy it as Sams now so it's a lot cheaper. Winston & I are doing ok today... gotta work on the garage & clean some stuff out. My daughter (who's 12) had her new school orientation last night, and it didn't go very well... She doesn't want to go to this school. I feel bad for her though, she's having a hard time w/her daddy being gone, and a new school, & of course all of our summer drama. I need to spend some extra time w/her this weekend. What are you guys up to today?

Brie is so cute!!! How's her eyes doing? I've been meaning to ask you what you decided to do about your vet... did you find a new one? Winston was the biggest puppy, so it's no surprise he's going to be massive. Unfortunately I think he's going to be like his Momma & be on the short side... short & HUGE!!! I wish we had a bakery here, it's hard to find treats to give them now I'm training to be more conscience of it... UGH
