Thank you, Becky! I got a call this afternoon that Dr.Bleifer is very ill and unable to do the neuter but Dr.Casey will do it. She's a good vet too. I'm anxious for them...about the part of not feeding them after midnight...i have to remember to not give them any water either tomorrow a.m. , and about their recovery period. Tonight i gave them a little xtra food and fried bacon(!), and will give them a little snack soon too. They're probably wondering why mom's being so generous all of a sudden! I'll keep you posted on how it all goes!

Thanks! Just got home a bit ago, we're leaving at 5 (it's up north in Loveland, CO - about 1.5 hrs). I'll get home and about an hour later I can order my iPhone. *snicker* I like your picture!!

Hey Cali baker! Thanks for the warm thoughts. All is going well and keeping myself busy. By the way, I just love the picture of Tate and Finn in your avatar...that is so adorable. Thank you for the compliment! My boyfriend wore it for Halloween one year and one night when I came across it I thought it would be funny to put it on Samson LOL It was hard to catch a picture because he kept wanting to bite the dreads LOL

Hi there Henny!! Things are going grat right now, stil a bit chaotic with the two pups (you know how that is though) but it's getting better as they're getting older. I'll have to get some video of wilson swimming this wknd. I'm so looking forward to 5 days at the lake. I expect to see some new pictures I'd you and the boys too on your Lon wknd. . Oh thats a pretty interesting job you have working on downtown LA! Have a really wonderful time and let's chat sometime!!

i want to take the boys for a walk at around 6pm-ish tonight but i'm thinking it still may be too warm. We'll see...maybe put their cooling collars on. Stay cool too and drink lots of ice water!

THANK YOU!! Beau is now 3 1/2 months old. He just got his last shots and the vet weigh in was 22 pounds!

Thanks, I'll be sure to take pictures. Hopefully Wilson in the water in his new life jacket. I was thinking about you last night when we headed upstairs. For the boys, it's quite time in the room when it's bedtime. I leave Wilson out of his crate for about 20 minutes, Jack's usually chewing a nylabone and if they start to play (which they used to all the time) I would just break them up and sometimes send Wilson to the crate early. He would bark sometimes and when Jack was in his crate at night he would whine. But once lights were out, fast asleep they both went, funny how that was. Have a great weekend. I'm off work at 2 and the hubby is off at 3, so hopefully we'll get out of her at 4 (it's a 2 hrs drive down south to Lake Pueblo where we like to go.

I don't mind you contacting me at all. It's not easy with two puppies that's for sure, especially when they're playing rough. I've been purposely breaking up Wilson and Jack from the beginning. I make them stop playing by saying "settle." It doesn't help yet really but they're both going to be strong dogs and I want them to learn (in time) that when I say settle I mean it. We have a long way to go still - Wilson is so stubborn. Jack will stop instantly but not Wilson. I usually have to pull him off, lol.
