  • Lisa checked... Only thing you can do is copy/paste link to a post in the memorial thread.... I say you just redo it in the memorial forum
Happy New Year sweets!!! I'm not sure you can post the album in the thread? Let me check with Lisa ... May be a way to link it over.
 Yes, here is to a new chapter! Sedona is much better! She is making me eat fake cake as we speak.... glad Lily is doing better. Cough drops really helped Sis, she likes them though. (weirdo) Bryce won't touch one with a 10 ft. pole and vomits anytime I give him medicine, hates all of it.
I don't know... lol, it's gonna be a problem:tongue: I guess we have to keep the door to outside closed for two weeks and walk with her on a leash:) She walks really well already, she limps but not as much as you would think. I was surprised when I saw her come around the corner at the hospital, she was SO happy and basically came trotting towards me. I freaked out and thought she'd hurt herself but the Dr says it's fine if she does that, she must just not run:) I'll give her a good cuddle with lots of hugs and kisses from you guys:heart:
It's like that here too. I rly don't like the south for that reason. Hot, cold, hot, cold...make up your mind weather!
Awww the Lu sucks! I told Brie she made you laugh n she barked! Lol we have no plans either. Just gonna try to relax and take in the new. Brie still weighs 41 pounds. And is still a byatch...wonder if that will ever change. I really think she is going to be a tiny bully w a big mouth. Is it really cold where you are now?
Well, we took down the tree early this year due to someone chewing off the branches and eating the line needles..... How r you n family? Brie send hugs n kisses your way. Do you have plans for New Year's Eve?
Ja the food issue, feels like I'm always buying, making or cleaning up food:blink: Boeboe was doing really well the last time I called, I'm not gonna call them again, lol, I feel I bother the **** out of them:ashamed: She's coming home tomorrow:w00t: we have a meeting with Dr Dave at 11am to discuss rehab and so on. I hope she wont need to swim cos we couldn't afford the pool thingy this month as we planned, but since she hates water I don't think they'll recommend it. I don't understand what you been put through this year either, I still have a hard time believing it. I guess everything has its time... that's all I can come up with, but it feels unfair:*(
She is sooooo much better. I'm so lucky with her because she doesn't mind medicine- she actually likes it. She even likes cough drops! It was a tough few days for her, poor thing could not stop coughing. Hope Lily gets better super fast!
Yes, you should, I will check on it and make sure I set up the new sponsorship correctly LOL Probably NOT!
We just happened to stumble on to the vet we have, and I'm so happy we did. They are great in so many ways. What I like the most about them is that they are so involved and interested in what they do. Dr Dave even took x-rays without charge cos he wanted to compare with previous ones for his own interest. I hope you can find a vet you feel comfortable with, it's always hard in the beginning cos you can't know what they're like:unsure: I sometimes try to reason with myself that when time comes for my furkids I must remember that they are in peace, I'm the one hurting and they are not. I can deal with that. I hope Lily feels better soon so you guys can get out a little, but what you're doing now sounds exactly like every Christmas I've ever had:tongue:
Ja the surgeon said that it went great and they are happy with her progress so far even though it's hard to tell yet... he did a great job on Joeys hip so I'm feeling positive:) It's something else when Bulldogs fight... I get super scared every time but what ours do is basically to just take a bite on each others neck skin, which they have a lot of, and then they just hold on there till we pick one of them up or throw some water on them. But the noises are crazy, I think it sounds much worse than it is. I see pictures sometimes of bulldogs sleeping in a pile and I can hardly believe it, ours wouldn't dream of doing that, lol. I understand Bella got a bit annoyed, I see how irritated Joey gets sometimes with the small dogs. Luckily they have each other to annoy so Joey is mostly left alone to do what she does best which is sleep:)
I'm not sure when they'll let her go... they said tomorrow possibly but they prefer if they could keep her till monday, so I'm guessing monday:) Boeboe and Joey are females, they started fighting not long after we rescued Joey but there was no way I could let her go:ashamed: The male we rescued with Joey we re-homed to the dog trainer that tried to help us sort the mess out:tongue: His name is Frasier and he and our male Bennie fought terribly as well as Boeboe and Joey, it was a MESS, lol. So since end of 2010 we've had the house split up in two areas:whew:. I also think females are more aggressive, Boeboe is always the one growling and Bennie just takes it. We do go to the vet a lot but I think the prices here are lots less than America... still most money goes to the dogs food and treatments, it's rough sometimes but so far we've been lucky:) How are you doing? Sometimes I just get so sad thinking about everything you've been through this year:assurred:
