Please welcome 3-year-old Snoop Dogg to our rescue family! Snoop Dogg is quite the smart fella. Three years ago, Snoop went off to college with his dad and just returned home. Problem was Snoop’s dad moved home with his parents and they already have three dogs of their own and Snoop would make four. Snoop was the biggest of all the dogs in the home and everyone was afraid of him. None of the small dogs wanted a Bulldog brother ~ they thought he snored too loud, played too much and ate all the treats. Snoop Dogg was sad to go, but understood that the family liked small dogs and he felt like three was company and four was a crowd. Snoop Dogg is looking for an active family with kids if possible, a family that loves Bulldogs, and a family that understands that loud snoring is just what most Bulldogs do.

5/6/18 Update: Snoop Dogg is a very active and loving puppy. All he wants is to be loved! He follows his foster dad around everywhere he goes. He is looking for the perfect companion. Once you set eyes on this handsome Bulldog, you can’t help but fall in love. We know his forever family is out there and it won’t be long before they find this cutie.

5/14/18 Update: Tomorrow will be two weeks since we started fostering this little cutie. Snoop may be 3 years old, but he still acts like a puppy. He is full of energy and is still learning how to be a dog. He loves being around people and being the center of attention. He especially loves his foster dad – he can’t go anywhere without Snoop looking for him. We have two Bulldogs of our own, but Snoop isn’t too concerned with them. He plays a little rough for them so they mostly just watch him from the couch, as he plays with all their toys. We are working on teaching him how to play nicely with others, but it may take a while since he was an only child for the first three years of his life. His perfect furever family would need to be patient and willing to continue to work with him as he learns how to be an amazing dog.

5/20/18 Update: Hey, everyone… It’s the one and only Snoop Dogg! I just wanted to let everyone know that I am really enjoying my time with my foster family. They have lots of toys for me to play with and a pool for me to lay out by to work on my tan. I have been working with my foster parents on how to play nicer with their two Bulldogs, Chelsea and Biskit. I think I must be getting better because Chelsea will now play tug of war with me and Biskit doesn’t try to bite me everytime I get near him. So, if you’re looking for a smart, handsome, playful and loving Bulldog, then I am your guy!

5/29/18 Update: Snoop Dogg is such a sweet and loving Bulldog. He loves attention and being close to us. He likes playing with toys, laying on us and giving us kisses. He also enjoys following his foster dad around everywhere he goes. We haven’t had him around kids or cats, but he does fine with our two Bulldogs as long as they don’t try to steal his toys. He gets a little upset when that happens, but we are working on teaching him how to share. We also are teaching him not to jump on people or nibble their hands. He is still a puppy at heart, so it will take some time to break those puppy habits.

6/8/18 Update: I have been living with my foster parents for over a month now, which has been GREAT… but I have been wondering when I am going to meet my furever family. I’m a handsome guy with a lot of personality. I’m looking for a family who loves to play and cuddle! If that sounds like you, then drop what you are doing and fill out an application. 7/11/18 Update: Snoop Dogg checking in…I bet you all forgot about me, didn’t you? Well I just wanted to remind you all that I am still waiting on my furever family but before I can find that family I have to go visit a behaviorist to work on some of my bad habits. Don’t get me wrong, I am the sweetest bulldog you will ever meet but I also am very protective of my foster parents and can get aggressive if I feel that someone is in my house that shouldn’t be…even if they were invited by my foster parents. My first appointment is this Saturday, so wish me luck!
