I have to get them in my hand sometimes and my mom has to get them in her feet, after a while you get use to it but it stays sore for a day or two.....sowwy
I have to get them in my wrist & thumb....I put a heating pad on it for a little bit afterwords and massage it, then the next day it's eased off a good bit!
I was in a rear-end car accident over a year ago and I get them frequently. In my shoulder, my hip, my neck, my occipital area of my head. They pinch when they go in, but for me instant relief after the injection is done. I even get Epidurals and facets injections, it hurts but nice to be pain free for more than a week. The doctor always says to but heat on it later if it hurts, but I never had to.
