Did you look on the vet recommendation list? It is at the top of the health section

Yes I did but did not see any in the dallas area on the list :/

I would suggest calling several vets in your area, ask how many English bulldog patients they see, you could also contact the Lone Star bulldog rescue and find out who they recommend. They are on our list of rescues and they also have a facebook page link there.
