I called vet for anti-bacterial/anti-fungal shampoo and panalog and I quote, "The vets think he might need antibiotics" I told them I would attempt to treat holistically at home and watch and brign him in if not healing in a couple days. I am ordering malket shampoo per sandra's direction (cowsmom)
I looked up mange because of the coloring and scales but doesn't look like that. I will post a thread with a pix (however, off my phone, lol)
Lisa, First of all how is mom and babies? Second, I have a skin question. I was brushing Arnold and he has real dry scaley skin with a just a couple open wounds, pencil-eraser size? He is balding in small spots. these are only on upper portion of back. Any ideas? He is on Taste of the Wild Lamb food.
