  • Thanks! Yes, the chunks I have seen missing seem very small...like maybe he ripped a little corner off. Other than that it just seems like he's chewing it and causing holes to form. I removed that blanket that I noticed that on. I am worried though, as I am not sure if those pieces have passed or not over time. Not sure when he might have eaten some and I freak out that it might still be in his system and cause problems down the line. He eats and poops fine. He has eaten socks already and always passed them. He also has throw up little pieces of toy that he ate before I could grab it so hopefully if he chewed some little pieces of blanket he would pass those!!! You are right though, I have bought him two nice beds and he chewed holes in both so we had to toss em right away! ARGGGGH! So frustrating...those little chompers!!

Thank you so much for your time, and your suggestions. I will try all your ideas, and hopefully things will respond. I'm definitely am going to give the home cooked a try, and I think I will do it about 3times a week. I can see you were a night owl last night too lol
Like many bullys have an issue with dairy so no cottage cheese for a couple weeks and see if there is an improvement. I add one ingredient at a time to make sure there is no reaction. You can also add like 1/4 c of kibble with the home cooked I do that too. What I love about homecooked is the freedom of giving them more options with their diet instead of the same old bowl of kibble. I wish I could afford to do it for my whole pack :)
I use frozen or whatever veggies I have, but usually the broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix. Just about any veggies are fine, I have never had an issue with gas or anything :) You can even add apples or berries. The mix I make feeds 2 dogs for 3 days. But sometimes I give to all of them, and yes you can switch from kibble to home cooked, back and forth. It does not upset the tummy like kibble--- kinda makes you wonder why? Cuz even the best kibbles are processed and compacted food. I give salmon oil, and NuVet. You can get the cranberry for UTI, human kind. There is so many things for humans that are good for dogs people don't even realize it. All of the other things sound great but what I would do is limit the ingredient intake until you see an improvement.
So you got to your profile and everything is all back to normal now I hope yay! Let me know :)
