Depends Schultz´s "OCD licking" on spring or fall? Then the itching could be caused by grass mites. If this happens to Frieda or Kosmo, I wash their feet extensively with a liquid natural soap.
Is Schultz allergic?

Sometimes dogs lick or bite their front feet trying to trim their "thumb-nail" - I don´t know the correct English word, in German we say "wolf claw".

We are doing fine, Frieda and Kosmo are enjoying the first warm sunshine and the smell of the first little flowers in garden and wood.
I guess in Ohio spring is coming too :-) Do you know Germany?

I read Herr Schulz has a very dry nose, I will post about my experiences with this noses-cornification - at first I will do photos of Friedas really "young-for-ever" nose and Kosmos much to dry one too.
