Hey didn't Ms. Brie celebrate her birthday this week? Winston's birthday is today… I know Brie is very close to Winston's day. How are things w/you? I'm DONE w/Christmas shopping… just the other craziness to take care of, and NOW Winston's surgery. Ugh… LOL

Hey Lisa, Your Aussie, "Aussie Shepard is a sweet big dog but Brie annoys him to the point that he raises his lips at her n growls" This is a correction measure, Your Aussie is teaching her manners, That's what we call it, Your Aussie is teaching her what is, and is not acceptable behavior, and then administers a corrective action of her own, If left be, Your Aussie will correct some bad behavior. I've seen this many times before. There may be a time your Aussie holds her down, and this is a corrective action with dominance. I read a book a long time ago, The way the Monks of New Skeet raise dogs, Very eye opening, I'd definitely recommend it, and there is a Kindle edition to it!! Awesome read.

Lisa..... By older I mean "Elderly" like JeannieCo's Mustang Sally, She walked in elderly with 3 youngsters one being "Jack" the Pit Bull, Mine play so well with Pits its hilarious, but I keep them very socialized with other dogs!

Hey Lisa, i've mixed two together many times, grief usually arises, and I always allow Alpha to be Alpha, by not stepping into their arguments, They "RARELY" will hurt one another!! If one was much older than the other, I would roll the oldest one over belly up, and allow nature to take its course, Our Bully's are very respectful of us believe it or not. I say this, but I have to say under a very watchful eye!! (Very Important" I refuse to let them lame one another, but the fight for Alpha is so normal. Rambo attempts to be Alpha over Rocky..... They never fight, but Rambo drives me crazy and Rocky too by his constant humping! But when Rocky's in a good mood, I often see him doing the same, Growling out "Who's your Daddy Now"? I see it all! I don't dare leave them unattended ever without first crating them! Just some ideas, I've seen DavidH confirm doing this same thing, Just an idea.

Hey Lisa, The boys are doing great, They are working on a very important Law Case, I'm quite sure the "Cat's" responsible, however the boys are still doing their preliminary investigation!

CRAZY!!! I feel pretty overwhelmed right now, but I'm almost DONE w/my Christmas shopping!!! That will make things a lot easier… my daughter is not doing well in school, but at least she likes it better there!!! My son is hopefully getting his shi$ together, and my grandson is still a pure handful… LOL My hubby is on a temp job in Portland, so I feel like I'm trying to do everything PLUS all the Christmas stuff too. I think I need a serious vacation by the end of this madness… LMAO!!!

I saw on the website to put coins in a can to get your puppies attention… I BET that would work to stop any fighting between your two dogs, and at least get them to STOP!!! (or at least scare them to death… LOL). If I had another dog, I could SEE there would be issues… Bullies like to be in charge!!! LOL

I'm sorry you are having such a rough time… Winston has started to get really aggressive w/Marcus and I've really had to get his FULL attention to get him under control. It's irritating, because I have him here 3 days a week… I need to take Winston out for LONG walks to keep him worn out!!! LOL
