Florida American Bulldog rescue, went to the pound and took her. Thank Goodness! I have had a rough month, and I truly was not feeling it was the right time. I was relieved to hear a rescue got a hold of her. She's in good hands now

that is totally unacceptable what HSN has done! again, another example of bad cust.svc.! Hopefully you can find a replacement gift for your boss w/out too much hassle.

After i flied that chargeback w/discovercard i got TWO emails from that company saying they were shipping my order! they didn't even apologize for the delay or reply to my comments about their bad customer service. So, now i'm waiting for the Kiwi harness to arrive and then i will canx the chargeback.

do you know that I reported this harness company to my credit card company and started a dispute with them yesterday?! Maybe i was being impatient but more than anything, those folks have BAD customer service! After I started this "chargeback" w/the credit card yesterday and only after i told K9 what i was doing did they FINALLY reply to me this a.m. and sent my kiwi harness in the mail along w/tracking. I swear, they do not communicate unless you send them several emails in a row and they don't p/u their phone. If i didn't like the harness so much i would've canx'd my order a long time ago. Just so po'd w/companies that don't have good CS.

haha, those are very good ideas! "little Rory" got the "sky blue" one b/c he'll always be my baby I decided on the "kiwi" color for Finn...it was one i originally wanted if i ordered thru Amazon. They won't have the camo for a long time, it sounds like, and i'm impatient.

that's just it, they are in the US...they're in rhode island! it's their US branch. They just didn't have the camo. I was determined to get that color for Finn tho b/c he's such a "tough" guy!

i like that handle a lot. When i put Finn in it on Sunday and i took him for a stroll, his habit is to lay down on his tummy to avoid walking, so i pulled up on the handle to prompt him. FYI, i wouldn't order from the company directly in the future, but stick w/Amazon. I just don't like their customer svc...very slow to reply to my inquiries. I almost can x'd my order w/them b/c i wasn't getting any replies plus their phone numbers don't even work! i also filed a complaint w/PayPal about them and that their ph# on the paypal site is OUT OF SERVICE. They finally did reply to me but I'd still stick w/Amazon in the future.

I got Tate's harness on Saturday...very fast shipping! anyways, i LOVE it! i walked him in it on Sun and then i tried it on Finn...just perfect! I'm still waiting for Finn's to come; seems the "camo" color is not in yet so that's why there's a delay. I should've just gone w/the solid color but oh well, will wait.

I just ordered! I got one from Amazon--baby blue size 2 for Tate, and another from the Julius K9 site b/c i wanted the camo for Finn and they didn't have size 2 on Am. You know the shipping is $1.00 more on the website! oh well. I'm excited!!

i was looking at the camo pattern but i think i will go w/a solid color instead. And u got B a size 2, right? i see it on amazon and it's sl. cheaper, by $2. The handle on the back doesn't look like the handle i recall that Buster has. Did u get the "original" harness or a different style? i may just order from Amazon since i can easily see the colors.
