  • hiya,
he's doing ok. his cherry eye was fixed, his palate reduced, and tonsils and saccules removed. he can barely bark..lol
    we didn't do his nares.
    thank you for asking. :)
Exactly! All hell broke loss between the tx of rns and the providers. Our chief is a psychologist so no clinical leader really
Exactly! I have been preaching this all along. We have 9 rns service wide (outpt mental health) and many of them are glad we have no manager because they fly under the radar. I don't agree. This theralist actually thought she could sign our competencies including IMs and Ecg. I td her no way. So I signed 2 of the other nurses in our clinic and my psychiatrist signed mine
How horrible. Did he have a new dx of cancer? Mental illness? How very sad for the fx which also sets them up for a dynasty of suicide hx. My issues were more management stuff. The rn's I. Behavioral health under not managed by a Rn. Since I am a nurse 3 (usually msn managers) I am unofficial with some influence but very frustrating since our therapist manager doesn't understand our scope
I had one of the worst days in my nursing career yesterday, more emotional bs than physical. I could give you an earful when you have the time and energy, lol
Thanks so much for taking the time to explain about the procedures that Mabel had done, you really don't know how much I appreciate it. :daisy:
So if I click on Blog I don't see the option to write or start one? Am I missing something (totally possible LOL)
I see that you blog and I am interested in blogging as well I think it will help me deal with all this stuff that is going on with Loki but I can't figure out how to start one. Can you point me in the right direction?
    Thanks,
    Nicole
