Oh it had been running and being swam in for a few months already!
We had not been able to get the pump to prime for the last week and a half! After switching out a valve cover (($100 part $160 labor)
Replacing $70 worth of plumbing,
Snaking our the skimmer line because everyone but me thought that one of Bella’s balls was stuck in it,
Having a pool professional come try to get it to work $100, who told us that he had never seen anything like it, that we must have something in the lines, ( that we may have to bust up our concrete to fix a leak :-/)
Pool was as green as a pond for a few days......
To hubby taking the motor apart (that sounded like was running normally) to change out the impeller, only to see that there was a part broken....
Replaced a $275 motor and it primed immediately!
