MalAcetic vs Chlorhexidine wipes

My girl has developed brown gunk in her nose rope. It's like it has adhered to her skin, below the fur and I am unable to remove it from her nose rope.
Which are better for cleaning the nose rope, MalAcetic wipes or Chlorhexidine wipes?

I use fragrance free baby wipes n add a mix I made up of fractionated coconut oil, Witch Hazel, tee tea n lavender essential oil. Bare in mind guk in folds is mostly caused by food. I know your fur baby has food issues. Once you figured out what works with her you’ll be able to work around her needs.

...which is very close to Tucks butt wipes...which can also be used to wipe her backsides
