hi all
I saw my vet today and he recommended I put BEAR on Royal canin ultamino since hes having skin issues. Has anyone tried this and would love to have feedback if you have. wasn't too happy with the ingredients being corn syrup and chicken feathers, especially for $134 a bag.
thanks so much

Did you buy that bag? If not, don’t feed your dog that. It’s full of fillets and vets gets a kick back on each bag they sell. Plus you’ll be visiting your vet more often. I personally would go see a holistic vet. Yours seems to be pushing meds and horrible kibbles for a kick back. We’ve mentioned to you in the other threads what would be a better suggestion. You might want to go over the thread again. Great info sitting in there.

Breeders also get a kick back from royal canin. The first thing I did when I got Newman home was get him off that, those two ingredients right there should tell you it's garbage. Newman has been on open farms since day one ( excluding chicken) he now gets freeze dried raw as a topper, I also rotate eggs, sardines in water and beef liver as toppers as well. He will be 2 in July and has never had any allergy issues. He's 58 pounds now

What Dmrock said.... stay away for the RC crap. try fresh food/raw, if you cant or just not able then go with Open Farm or Zingnature, maybe turkey, duck or anther novel protien
