Yeah it doesn't work great on the shorter coats...but it does work. It works best on Gracie's legs and belly and when she was shedding this week i got a lot off of her whole body. But I think it doesn't work as well normally because maybe the shorter coat doesn't shed as much or as bad??? I dunno...but i for sure get a lot of her legs!

Gracie has such a different coat than Cooper and she NEVER feels greasy what so ever. She will start feeling a little dirty but not anything like Cooper feels and she is always soft so after he baths she is extremely soft!! lol

Ok I am glad you said that! I thin I need to bath Cooper about every week I am trying to go every 10 days or so cuz everyone was saying it is not good for them to do it every week. Lisa said in her post with the medicated she noticed that her bully doesn't feel as dirty and doesn't feel greasy yet so maybe if you use it you won't have to give him as many. I am only on day 3 and he is still soft and smells good but that is how he is with my normal shampoo to. after 5-6 days he starts smelling and feels greasy and dirty!

Yeah you could use it every other bath or maybe here and there...ask Lisa....I dunno is bad to use it for every bath??? How often do you bath Watson? I am serious thought when I say Coopers skin looks great and no more bumps or scabs :)

Dermazol is the one I got but if you search shampoo in the search you will see lisa made a post about it...I coulnd't find the one she recommended but the vet said this has everything that one did...and it seemed to work good...Like I said before let him soak in it for 5-10 minutes and you get the best result so the shampoo can work into his skin!

I know zi told you about the medicated shampoo and I am not pushing it on you but Lisa also recommended it and That was why I gave it a try.....i would try some and see if it helps Watson's skin cuz Coopers skin looks the best it has ever look!

:dancing: I am glad you finally learned how to use the zoom groom...lol...i was going to video myself brushing coop and in the tub when I was brushing him so you could see the lather...i dunno why I didn't look for a youtube video sooner!! It doesn work great though! I usually go outside and sit on my bottom step of my deck and Coop will just sit there and I brush him for a good 20 minutes when he is shedding bad...but after you do it daily or every other day you will just need a quick 2 minutes brush and you will noticed the difference of his shedding. Cooper had a seasonal shed this week and I about died of the amount of hair I got off of him and Gracie....I could have brushed them for an hour! It kept coming off...but then after a bath the next day and brushing them in the tub he is barely shedding! :)
    Hi,

I think that is exactly what i am going to do. Take a stool sample Friday and order new food. I think i may go to the Fromm... the Beef one. I also just bought some green beans for him to snack on. I swear this site was a life saver. I was so worried about him now i know alot of this is common and can be fixed with the right food.

Yeah he did take quite a bit of blood for testing. DUnno if one of them was for testing that or not.

yeah did food and environmental. Coop is same way. i think I need to bath him like every 10 days cause he gets so greasy and dirty feeling. After his bath he is so so soft for about 4-5 days before he start getting greasy again. do you have medicated shampoo. There was one lisa recommended on a post. I am trying to find it online to buy but i am having no luck. But she says it works great and it keeps their coat clean and softer for a longer amount of time than any other shampoo! I also just got coop his heart-worm too. Have you gotten any yet. I was probably behind on getting that. I have never gotten it for any of my dogs and they never had a problem. but since coop is one big problem figured I better buy some!

 Coop is afraid of the vacuum lol. Coop is shedding pretty bad right now but I think it is seasonal and I didn't get him brushed the last 2 days and I can tell a big difference when I brush him every day. I dunno how bad his hives are or if they are sore but the zoom groom is pretty gentle but you would know best if you think he is sore. :)
