I saw a post on here yesterday about someone's bulldog being diagnosed with kidney failure. I commented on the post as my 4 year old bully died from that in March. The person then sent me a private message with some questions about what my bully went through but I can not answer him. How do I respond to him?

I have 2 English Bull dogs, Thor (14month) and Lunar(2.5months)
We have had Lunar now for just over a week, and since we got her from a registered KUSA breeder, she has this constant gurgling / perculator sound. And coughs and coughs and hacks up clear fluid phlegm.
She has been checked by 2 vets, had x rays, they ruled out kennel cough, lungs are clear etc etc.
But the one vet reckons it could be in her nasal passage causing he phlegm.
The concern is my Thor has also started to hack and cough.
Does anybody have any answers. I have seen many similar posts but have not read any cures or remedies.
