Love your advice, thank you for giving it. Am trying to keep it, never
been a fan of renting even younger. I'm an earth sign (Capricorn) and
love my HOME,lol Just got to STOP the flooding, if can't no choice. I
think in this current environment, rents are going to go sky high. Altho,
as homeowner, they raise taxes sky high...can't win!

Happy to hear you & Son are on better terms, it sucks when we are at
odds with our kids and their behavior hurts & disappoints.

Ummm, let's see, like you I have difficult decisions before me and
not sure what to do, leave my house or stay & try to solve flooding.
Been here 14 years, it's a nice, 3/2/2 w/2 car garage in great/safe
area, love my neighbors too. Half paid off...been looking at rentals,
shacks in bad neighborhoods and expensive! Continuing praying for
direction

Aaron has calmed down a lot, stopped horrible raging & lashing out.
Paying his bills not helping w/hose bills but says he will when school
loan is paid off soon. His pest control job is going well, they just gave
him a co. truck & helping him get licensed, has wk-ends off. So, better!

I've been around. Just so much going on (we may be moving to Miami). Plus, my dog went and got himself two cherry eye, and brachycephalic surgery! Just not much time lately.

You know how devastating it is when your child turns on you but with me
it's everyone I thought I could depend on, at least Aaron had trauma, like
me~they have no excuse! Friends & family that I've been there & sacrificed
much for, I just am so shocked & disappointed in them. I've realized I must
change and am doing so, it's just I was heartbroken so deeply already as I
found out how shallow & uncaring my family actually is! All I can say is, EBN
has saved me, if not for y'all...I shudder to think. Since finding out Stuart's
brother was arrested for assaulted a cop Aug 21st on anv. of Stuart's death,
he did the same thing then, I bailed him out of jail but not now. I've spent all
the time & money helping him, I'm DONE! Same w/my family, F*CK THEM ALL!
So...you can hear...I'm doing better, lol Love you so much!!!

He's fine with other dogs at parks, blocks away from home...just not on HIS street. You would think he was the most vicious dog in the world...and he's such a sweet baby. I've never tried him with a puppy because I'm so afraid...

Dudley is SOOOO territorial...I just don't know. I guess he would get used to a new bully baby, but I don't know...he'll be 3 in December.
