Oh Carol I'm sorry to hear that... I know that you've been thru a lot, and you will find your way this time too... How is your son doing? It's hard to lose your Dad, my brother has a lot of anger associated w/our Dad's passing. No matter how hard we try we just can't fill that void in their lives.

Oh poor Cami... I didn't realize she was a breeder. How long have you had her? Do you have other dogs? I have always had 2 dogs at a time & they seem to play together... hopefully she will come around soon. Our Bella who was 5 before she died, really slowed down this last year. She didn't really play like she used to, and I'm wondering if it was just old age.

Hi Carol! Whats up with you these days?

Sally Sally is still quite sore and swollen but moving around quite a bit better. She even has her happy swagger to her. It sorta looked bruised again but I'm hoping that it was from her just moving around more. She goes for a check up on the 14th.

Thank you for the flowers. I love EBN. I am still waiting for my poppy "Paisley" to arrive. She will be 8 weeks old this Saturday and will be put on a plane from Kansas to Pennsylvania on September 5th. I have learned so much from this forum. I just can't wait to be living the dream of an EBD mommy. You give such great advise and I am honored that you enjoy my posts. Thank you again.

Thank you very much Carol. Sadly she will be gone is a few hours, but we had a wonderful weekend with her doing the things she loved to do and I know she will be in a better place here soon without the hurt and sickness. It doesn't make it any easier, but it does provide some comfort the hard part will be when my son returns from Cali in a few weeks and we have to help him begin his grieving process which will start ours all over again. .
