So sorry you're going through this. 4k is a lot for lab tests. I'm sure the first thing they did was full blood work? Liver, kidneys and pancreas is fine? Any changes in diet?

In my opinion bad breeding greates more health problems more short muzzles. You see advertising about puppys whos parents only DNA test has been about the colour they carry. Longer muzzle will save little. If people start wanting longer muzzles there will be puppys bred only to have longer...

Has the pup been wearing a collar? Is so drinking water could of stopped there and caused a hot spot. It needs to be cleaned and kept dry. Bulldog puppys or any other puppys are not supposed to be kept outside or in a garage.
