I’ve been making my own homemade fresh cooked food for Fran for a while now. She seems to like it but lately am tempted to go back to raw. I am considering Maev if I do. Maybe a small bag to test it out and see how she does with it. Is anyone here familiar with that brand? Thoughts or opinions...

Thanks! Fran has been eating raw for almost a year now. Used to be “RawFedK9” but prices went up too high and now she eats “Instinct raw frozen bites”….but I suspect the cold kibble shaped raw food is the cause of her frequent throwing up, so I was just thinking of trying out fresh cooked food...

Thanks! She does have a slow feeder, just started her on a new one that has more of a maze design. Today she had 3 smaller meals and did much better 👍🏼

I am starting to read up on homemade dog food recipes. The Farmers Dog website gives a recipe to make your own, but then says to add a package of their nutrients.. how would you modify this recipe to bring it up to par without having to buy their packet? What would you remove and add? : How to...

Thanks! ❤️ I was nervous but I think for now I’ll stick with this food. I THINK nutritionally it has all good ingredients. Unless I’m not realizing some thing that I’m reading… i’m thinking it’s just as good as her previous raw food which was “RawFedK9” complete mix patties… 🙏🏼
