Got it. No matter what, he's got an awesome dad who will take care of him. THK is awesome and packed with nutrients. Tyson doesn't get ACV or Nuvet either. We only do tumeric & joint supplements bc of his arthritis.
It could be the turkey or the potatoes, I'd be more suspect of the potatoes over the turkey. The beef one has potatoes too. Potatoes are a trigger for Tyson. I know it would be a tad more work, but what if you tried Kindly (base) and then did some lean ground beef? I generally cook about 3lbs at a time, and that will last the entire week. Consistency - are you premixing it or mixing it at the time of feeding??
I'm really sorry for all you've been through - how scary!! How is your baby tonight? I'm so sorry that I didn't take this in all weekend, I really don't know how I missed it - blame the damn tooth surgery…
Please send anything my way that you want a second opinion on or need more reading done!! xo Laurie
PS…HUGS to Chunky poor baby...
You are welcome!! It is definitely hard when they are sick, not that this is the same, but though an isolated incident, of throwing up, and having a little cough, and trip to the vet, this spring, we found out that has a Esophageal Diverticulum, which is rare, which in short is a pocket on her throat, after lots of tears and frustration, thankfully we are now able to manage this condition, Ellie does have to eat and drink off a step stool, to keep everything moving at 45° so it does not get stuck, and the crazy part was, she was happy, happy the whole time though it all...CHUNKY GOT THIS!!
Hi Wes!! - Thank you for your kind words, and advice. I have no doubt that the formulation has changed over the years. I am FINALLY getting some relief. This girl can be BIG baby when she is sick. Ellie has been quite the good little lady, sadly she has slept more than me. Hope you have a good weekend!!
So glad to hear! It should only get better from here on out I don't remember if you said this or not already - but do you feed him with his bowel elevated? If not, try it out, helps alot with digestion Keep us posted on his progress.
