She had been acting like her ear hurt so I took her to the vet, yeast infection and bacterial infection too.... antibiotics, a steroid and ears drops. I hope it makes her feel better real soon.

That is what I am thinking happened. She is not shaking her head or scratching at here ear at all now. She believe she is all healed up. She has a few more days of the meds and she is done! I will definitely have the ear drops in hand from now and on.

Does Bella swim or just sits in the floats? Just clean the ears each time she comes out of the pool. “Carefully” dry it out with a q-tip in the darker area where moisture stays.

Mostly just sits in her float but occasionally will swim out. I will definitely try to keep this from happening again.

I love the beach! I don’t really like to just lay out and bake but do love to play volleyball or frisbee or walk along the shore and look for shells too! Lol

I was thinking water in the ear as well. I suppose to be on the safe side you can just dry her ears after a day in the pool, just in case.
