happy for the updates, keep 'em coming! Praying for blue skys soon enough. He is such a cutie!
Day 1 in the books, how many more to go? It's amazing to us that as soon as we got home he wanted to run, jump, and everything else! He doesn't seem to be bothered by the fact he had surgery! Except for the fact of bandage and shaved leg, he is old self(eating, walking, potty). @cali~jenn @JeannieCO @sheshistory @2BullyMama
Oh you are set then! Nice! I wish it was that easy for us. We had Cutty gated in our bedroom and the bed area blocked off so he wouldn't get up there. He was constantly bored and searching for ways to get in trouble. Had climbed up on the bed a couple times and tore up the paint on the door trim trying to escape. Lol he was miserable.Hi @cali~jenn, since he was a pup we had him accustomed to crate attached to 6x12 foot pen. His bed and food water and toys are in there. Its his SAFE zone. Even before surgery if it was late or he was tired he would walk himself down there and go to sleep. But like I said we had it setup since day 1. He's still upset with me for carrying him up/down stairs.
My goodness it's been 6 weeks already since the not-so little guy had surgery. Dr. said he's looking great and in 4 more weeks after radiograph he may have no more restrictions. We want to Thank everyone for all your support and now if I can just get his allergies under control we'll have killed two birds with one stone this year.
Originally we had suspected seasonal but played the game and did food trial. Needless to say winter okay, spring started and itching came back. We were going to have test done but knee tear occurred! So happy to hear he is coming along so well!
Allergies, with a Bulldog... say it isn't so?? :D What type of allergies environmental or food or both... do you know?
WOW it's been 10 weeks already. Bode went to surgeon and was told we could lift restrictions. Bone healed well. He looking and feeling like he did before. So thank you for support.
My name is Rick and have a 1 year old EB Bode. Unfortunately we got some news from vet that he thinks Bode has ruptured ACL rear leg. Wondering if anyone has been through this? Have appt. with specialist next week for 2nd evaluation and possible surgery
