Yup. Meatball could not be used for breeding, he could not be used for dog shows, we had to have air conditioning for summer months, fenced in yard, and if we ever gave him up we would contact them first.
Health guarantee & notification on if we rehome him.
I understand and the breeding contract part - but I feel like it should be my choice if I want to alter him/her. Not something I am forced to agree upon.
Health Guarantee, that isn't all that great now that we know. It has a clause that says he can't be turned in to a shelter or other Rescue organization, we have to contact the Breeder so they can find a safe home for him. It also has a clause that states the pup must be on Nu-Vet supplements for the first year of his life. While that is good for the puppy, it is also another kickback for the breeder, lol.
I don't think we got the best of breeders, but she isn't that bad either. We have a happy, very healthy bulldog whom we love to the moon and back.
