Help Needed! Black spots on my bully’s belly

Hi everyone,

We noticed that there are quite a few black spots on my bulldog’s belly. They started to appear on his back legs - inner thighs, now spread to all over his belly. I googled and it seems like to be a yeast infection? Just wanted to see if any of your bulldogs had similar issues before? What’s the treatment? Should we take him to see the vet?

Could be staph infection too... vet visit is needed
