I'm having a very similar problem. I take Pazelee out and she will walk across the street to her pee spot, immediately turn around and come home. I'd love to be able to walk around the block. She likes treats, but is quick to turn her nose up to them if she doesn't want to do something. Can you...
All of you made my day. It is so great to read that Pazelee isn't the only one that is petrified by stupid stuff. I'm trying to get her to snap out of it, but we'll see how this goes.
Pazelee is a scaredy cat. I think she is even afraid of her own shadow. LOL! Seriously, a bag rattles she jumps, a car engine is running she stops dead in her tracks, a kid on a bike rides by she's backing up, and on and on and on. Does anyone have some advice for breaking her of being so afraid...
When I read your story about your EB not walking I had to LOL!!! My EB, Pazelee, is the exact same. I'm kind of at a loss. I've tried treats, tugging her and waiting patiently. UGH!! I'm looking into training now. I need the help as much as she does.
She smells mostly around her face and neck. It's a dirty sock kind of smell. I clean her folds everyday with Stridex. She eats Blue Buffalo Grain Free Chicken flavor food. I just don't know what it is.
HELP!!! My Pazelee stinks so bad. She had a bath a week ago, but she reeks. So much so that my house is starting to really stink. I've tried odor wipes and odor sprays, but I'm not getting much relief. What can it be? Should I bathe her more? ~ T
