My 18 month old bully has Campylobacter Infection and the Antibiotics aren't working.

He is adorabull and thank you for rescuing him. Perhaps probiotics alternating with antibiotics can help. I'd also see if your local university has a vet school that you can access for help. I also just found vetspecialists.com- perhaps you can find someone near you. Good luck and keep us...

    Need Denver vet

Check out your local bulldog rescue to see if they have a bulldog vet recommendation. The vet needs to be an expert with anesthesia as it can be deadly to the brachycephalic breed. Good luck!

    Fluid collecting in abdomen

If you have an accredited vet school nearby, see what you can do to see a specialist there. Here is the US list (https://www.avma.org/education/center-for-veterinary-accreditation/accredited-veterinary-colleges). My bully had fluid buildup however it was later in life and was caused by a heart...

    Winston’s Cushings Disease (pictures attached)

MayorTysonBulldog on instagram had Cushings as well. So sorry to hear your bully is going through this. It may be worth a shot contacting Michelle (Tyson's mom) about it as she went through it and learned a lot from the experience. Good luck and prayers for Winston.

Help Needed! Recurring edema in paw

Hi Jennifer- my bullie had an interdigital that we just couldn't get rid of and it morphed to his other paw. We tried numerous vets (those that owned EBs, board certified dermatologists and internists, and an osteopath) but could not get relief until we went to UGA vet hospital. All other vets...

FAQ: Do you give your bullies supplements? If so, what do you give and how often?

Thank you 2BullyMama and Cbrugs for your quick responses! I am interested in the liquid health K-9 glucosamine option that Cbrugs mentioned. BUT it has aloe vera juice- from what I've (over)read, some say aloe vera juice is not good for dogs?

General Question Wellesse Glucosamine, liquid form

Hi Sherry- interested in the brand you're referring to below, as my bully would likely benefit now with a supplement for his joints. Thank you!

FAQ: Do you give your bullies supplements? If so, what do you give and how often?

Interested in what brand of joint supplements people are giving. I see NuVet, Movoflex and Acti-flex but others are referring to glucosamine in general. My bully had been blood tested a while ago (8 years) and showed allergies to chicken. Nuvet and Movoflex both have chicken in them. Thank you!

Moving to Georgia - need some advice please!

That's great news that Tank made the trip OK. I live in Atlanta and I already worry about mine spending too much time in the sun, especially during the warm seasons. For vets, DeKalb Animal Hospital (Dr. Rush owns the practice, owns bullies; Dr. Roberts is excellent) knows bullies- but they...

    Help Needed! face sores

Hi- my bully got these facial sores too. First on one side, that healed, hair is very slowly growing back (it's been about 2 years) and now the other side. They wept. I try to keep them clean. Used witch hazel on the first one, which got it to stop weeping pretty fast. It didn't work on the...

URGENT: Please help bulldog rescue effort - by Mar. 21, 2015

Hi Bulldog lovers- Please help. I'm part of the 'bulldog education and ethical breeders' group on Facebook. They have recently posted a message about an upcoming auction of bulldogs from a puppy mill. The story is so sad (I'm sure you've read many) and I really want to help them spread the...
