Hi, I'm sorry I hadn't posted anything. Yes, I did get it a couple of days after Christmas. It was all in one piece and beautiful. There has been a lot going on personally in my life right now but thank you again. I really love it and am looking forward to seeing it on my tree next year.
you are already doing what I would suggest by getting the echo. Not much more information to pass along until you get the results. I have two with murmurs, grade 3 and after the echo were diagnosed with pulmonic stenosis, one severe, one moderate. Both of my boys were diagnosed at 10 weeks and 5...
Please rescue. I foster for Detroit Bulldog Rescue and we are in desperate need of forever homes. It doesn't matter where you are located in Michigan, we have volunteers all over the state who are willing to drive or meet anywhere in order to help these precious babies get their forever homes...
I have two dogs who I adopted when they were both puppies with Grade 3 heart murmurs. Sebastian was my first one and he was diagnosed with Severe pulmonic stenosis after having an echocardiogram done by a cardiologist. He was not eligible for the angioplasty as they could tell just by the echo...
Great, because I've been so busy I haven't been on the forum so no new pictures from me and Oliver is the only one I have left who hasn't made it into an EBN calendar. Oh well, I will still be buying about 3... one for me, one for my sister in law, and one for my vet.
Even with pulmonic stenosis, which is more severe than a heart murmur, my boys have been able to get neutered and they have not gained weight. No offense to your vet, but I would get a second opinion. My vet required a final echo done before the surgery just to make sure that nothing had changed...
oh well that's good that the echo only showed just a murmur. When my babies were originally diagnosed with a murmur and we had the echo done, that was when the pulmonic stenosis showed up. I'm relieved now as Leo most likely will outgrow it and if he doesn't, it's nothing life threatening.
congrats on Leo. I have two bully boys who were diagnosed with heart murmurs. Sebastian had an echo done at 10 weeks and diagnosed with pulmonic stenosis and there is nothing they can do for his, it's so severe (he's now 3 1/2 years old) but he doesn't know he has a heart problem and is living a...
Remy did this too due to excessive humping. His was diagnosed as a prolapsed urethra. Surgery fixed it and he was also nuetered at the same time and no problems since. Hopefully this is Baxter's problem as well.
As a foster mom for Detroit Bulldog Rescue, congratulations on helping out. I know that DBR is in desperate need of foster homes. I currently have two fosters living with me. Although it is a little sad to see them go after they've been living here for months, I remind myself that I am helping...
Skyler is doing great. He's finished with chemo so now it's just being on the road to recovery. He will have to wear hearing aids now since the chemo gave him some permanent hearing loss and soon he will go in and have his broviac catheter removed so he can take normal showers!!! Hopefully this...
between work and family haven't had much time for computering LOL. I get on fb through my phone at work on breaks and lunch but that's about it. Anyway, I have two new foster's in Tonka and Abby. Abby got here last Friday and Tonka came in on Wednesday. My heathens are doing great and are so...
Oliver is all white except for a black ear and a black tail and has no tear stains. I switch him between Earthborn Holistic Meadowfeast (lamb formula) and Zignature Lamb formula. I hardly ever have to clean his face except for under his nose rope every other day.
