Welcome to EBN!! At 12 I wouldn't do surgery. Was the first ACL surgery the TPLO?? Have they given you any indication of how torn up the previous surgery is? If it was a TPLO and the screws have come out I don't think that you will have a choice but to do surgery, as those screws...

Sorry to start this post again the behaviorist has suggested lower protein for radars behavior issues. I bought sojos raw and he likes it he just doesn't like it mixed with kibble during the transition I did find a kibble with low protein. I am so on the fence which way do I go raw or low...

I got Radar's thyroid results back. Our vet sends the blood work to Michigan State I have results from Jan 15 and December 15 they are dramatically different Jan 15 Dec 15 Range Total T4 32...

Radar had his palate shortened and nares widened at about 1.5 years, and it has made a world of difference in his breathing, not that runs to fast or often anymore, but his breathing while he sleeps is so much better sometimes I have to check on him cause he isn't shaking the windows like he did...

I agree, I would first, check the thyroid and then nothing in life is free and having dad feed her and walk her and make him one of her people again.
