Hey! :D Just checked out the Movoflex; we'll be giving it a try! And, of course, I can't deny a picture request...

General Question Dry eye and spondylosis - experience, tips?

She wasn't. I'll ask her vet about that. I haven't heard of the cod oil. Sounds worth a try, thanks!

General Question Dry eye and spondylosis - experience, tips?

Thanks! She's getting a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement chew. She had a turmeric chew, but it left yellow stains on my carpet, so I was thinking about making her turmeric treats since its good for arthritis and inflammation.

General Question Dry eye and spondylosis - experience, tips?

Long time no see! :hiya: Aubie's 6 now, and she was just diagnosed with dry eye, hip dysplasia, and spondylosis. Her vet originally said she had entropion. We went in for a consult to see about getting it and her cherry eye fixed, but the vet said she would rather the ophthalmologist do...

So I wanted to find out is UR Bully a Mama's Boy or Daddys Girl? Who does ur Bully Favor?

Aubie is totally a daddy's girl. He gets to spend more time with her and I get all the mean duties (baths, fold cleaning, ear cleaning, etc).

    Feeding once a day??

Aubie does the same thing some days and she will eventually eat around noon....but her problem is sometimes she is just too lazy to get up and eat. Lisa's idea is definitely something to try since she eats at 5pm and that's a long time between meals. Aubie usually gets a couple of...

I dont know what to do anymore...

Carol gave some really good advice. I'd also combine that with Kevin's advice... put her on a strict routine and stick to it. It's the only thing that worked with our first bulldog, and it worked like a charm with Aubie. I can count on one hand the number of accidents she had (outside her...

I dont know what to do anymore...

We had the same problem with our first bulldog, but she eventually got it after lots of praise and patience. We couldn't do that with Aubie though. She is too smart for her own good and would purposely misbehave to get treats. Case in point: ear and fold cleaning. She runs and wiggles if she...

I think he's just embarrassed because you're taking pictures of it. Come on, mom! Do you have to show all the guys?

How to get a bulldog to sleep!

Maybe he's just fully rested? Aubie goes to be between 10-11, and she's up and good to go every morning between 6-7. She's turned me into a morning person, LOL.

Bodies all broken out AGAIN...Poor baby, wish I could find a cure-all

^^^I was going to ask the same thing about the thyroid. Our family had a sheltie who had a ton of skin problems and it turned out to be hypothyroidism. Once he got on twice daily medicine, he was perfectly fine.
