    Vaccine Allergic Reactions

I love that you said this! Dinah has been vaccine free for over a year -- we just do a titer test to check her anti-bodies and she is 100000% healthy.

    Vaccine Allergic Reactions

Hi! I am sorry to hear about your pup. I went through the same experience when my Dinah got her Rabies shot. My Boss' Terrier is 16 weeks old, and he went into shock last week due to a vaccine reaction, so this isn't breed specific. Please check out this link...

    The Mystery of the Bulldog

I haven't crated her in a year. She is home alone, but I try my best to go home for Lunch as I work 15min away (by car). It breaks my heart seeing her body language like that :(

My English Bully hates to be held

Hi! I understand where you are coming from. I got my Dinah at 4 months, and she's never been a cuddler. Friends would come over with their dogs, and the other dogs cuddle next to me LOL. I was told by a friend who's had many bulldogs (I think 12 in this lifetime) and assured me that it's...

    Tear stains help!!!

Just as Helsonwheels mentioned - switch to raw diet and add some acv to either food or water. If you can't switch to Raw Diet - I would strongly recommend to start on bottled water. I've reseached this as my Dinah used to have it BAD -- and they say due to the PH balance, along with health...

    The Mystery of the Bulldog

Another question: I am trying to learn her body language and I find that she at times looks sad, or uncomfortable. Attached is a snapshot from the Nest Cam I got to keep an eye on her. And then she'll be sitting next to me, dozing off, but still sitting, and her eyes are getting heavy...

    The Mystery of the Bulldog

That's really helpful! I take her out 3 times a day: In the AM (which is nearly impossible because she's still asleep ZZzzz), before dinner, and before bed time -- sometimes, I can run home for lunch and take her out, but even then, I have to DRAG her out.

    The Mystery of the Bulldog

GOSH I feel SO GOOD that I joined this FORUM... I feel so much better knowing now that the behavior is just typical Bulldog behavior. I am a true believer that in the end it falls on the owner of the pet, and it's never the dog's fault -- so thank you all for your supportive and prompt reply to...

    The Mystery of the Bulldog

YESSSS!!!! She's so smart, she will be so happy to walk out of the apartment and be in a perfect sit position just to get a treat.

    The Mystery of the Bulldog

Thank you! Yes, she has a harness but she does not want to walk down the hall, to the elevators, so we can go down to the ground floor and go outside... she won't do it. If I leave her, she will just sleep all day. And yes, I've used treats, she loves string cheese, but as someone here...
